Workspace is the collection of all user sensors and it can help you in quick access to filters that were created by that user. When you use this feature, the filter you create will appear in the menu on the left-hand side of the AlphaX cloud under the module Workspace and you will see the following information.
On the list page of your sensors, the details of the sensor are described by using various columns titled named:
-
Status - It will give information about the status of the sensor i.e., whether the sensor is active or deactivated. The green spot under the status column represents that the sensor is active while the sky blue spot shows that the sensor is not deployed.
-
Site - It is the entity to whom the sensor is assigned by the user.
-
Tag - The tag is a unique ID that helps in distinguishing one sensor from the other.
-
Location - It is the physical position of the sensor where it is located.
-
Description - This column will give you little information about the type of sensor or what the sensor does.
-
Latest Value - It will provide the current value of data.
-
Timeseries -This column will give information about the analysis of a sequence of data points shown by the sensor collected over an interval of time. By hovering over the Timeseries of the sensor, you can check the data value for the present time and day.
-
Updated - It is the last time when the sensor data is updated.
Clicking on any column title (Site, Tag, Location, Description, Latest Value, and Updated), sort by that column 👍

If you have access to the ANALYTICS MODULE, you can analyze the data of the sensor by using the analysis button.
If you have an access to DATA SOURCES, you can edit the details of any sensor by clicking on either tag, location, description, or edit button of the sensor.
If there is a long list of sensors, then this list is converted into the number of pages. You can go to these pages by clicking on the respective button . You can go to the next page of sensors by clicking the next button
or can go to the previous page by clicking on the previous button
. These buttons are available at the bottom right of the list page of sensors.
