You can access the platform via this URL in a web browser. The URL will direct you to the login page.

If you forgot your password, click the Forgot your password link and enter your email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

The system will take you to the homepage after you sign in. The following are the primary elements of the homepage.
Logo
Located in the uppermost left of the homepage.
Menu
Located next to the logo. This element allows you to collapse or expand the menu.
User's Name and Role
Located below the logo. This shows the user's name and assigned role.
Homepage
Located in the upper right of the screen. This element provides users easy access to the main page.
Create Support Request
Located next to the homepage. This element allows users to request support or send report on the following features: Hardware, Bugs Reports, Technical Issues, How Tos, and Feature Request.
Set System Refresh Rate
Located next to create support request. This element allows users to set the system's refresh rate.
Profile
Located in the upper rightmost of the homepage. The profile allows users to view and edit their credentials. This is also where you sign out.

Select Request Type.

Add a detailed description of the request.

Click Send.

Choose your preferred refresh rate.
You can choose Disabled to turn off the system's refresh rate. If you select another option than Disabled, a green check will appear next to the system refresh rate.
To view and update your profile:

Click the drop-down menu.

Select Profile.
-
You will be redirected to your profile page and update your credentials.
On the Profile page, you can update the following:

Avatar - Choose your avatar or profile photo by clicking choose file.

Email Address - Enter the email address you prefer to use.

Mobile Number - Enter the phone number you prefer to register.

Enable dark mode - You can select this option if you prefer dark mode.

Timezone - Select the time zone in your area.

Layout - Select Standard for layout.

Slidebar - You can select between collapsed or opened.
